Visions of exciting international trainings
Have you ever made those
Vision Boards where you choose pictures and texts that fill you with
excitement?
I bet you haven't
made one of your dream training? 8.5 we spent a nice pop-corn fuelled evening
making those kind of collages at House for Girls of Turku in their centre
location.
International
training in our case means Erasmus + trainings organised by Finnish National Agency for Education, where young people and adults can join usually a week
long training in one of our partner organisations such as UK or France. Topics
range from Chinese religions to LGBT activism. StepEurope has one coming up in
Turku as well in couple week named Celebrating Diversity, packed with info
about human rights and fun stuff to get to know Finland and each other,
naturally involving Sauna.
In the House for
Girls of Turku we came up with 6 very different Vision Board. There was one
with sports of all kinds, nature and getting to know arts. Pick a training of
your own interest or choose something completely out of your comfort zone.
These things come as a guarantee:
-Super affordable way
to get training of interesting topic in one of European country
-International group
of people to spend time with
-Learn discussion
skills, group work and about different cultures
-Come back with new
ideas to use locally
-Enjoyment
Here is a sneak peek
to not yet published opportunities you can apply to later:
-November, LGBT Activism
in Croatia
-October, Interstellar
Inclusion - Astronomy and Inclusion in Italy
Applications open soon, keep an eye out for them or e-mail info@stepeurope.org to register interest and we will send you the application form when the time comes!
